Hello doctor was having bit of shortness of breath and bloating stomach and little bit of tiredness and on and chest pain not sever it was mild chest pain so have taken ECG report is normal and went for endoscopy test because previously also I was having gastric problem so the result is iam having acid reflux was using tabs from yesterday for gastric but now I am getting left armpit pain is it related to heart attack really worried about this can you please let me know if this is serious.
