Left arm, upper back pain

I am feeling left arm and upper back pain on and off since 1 month. Had ecg, TMT. Both are normal. Still its persist. Couldn't understand what is this, and what should i do

Could be cervical spine problem . Consult an orthopedic doctor and get physiotherapy done if it's related to cervical spine.
