Hello doc. I was having constipation problems few weeks back. Suddenly I started feeling pain,weakmess and swelling in left arm. I did ecg which showed variations therefore my physician did tropin test which was negative as per him. Has suggested to take ecosprin daily. I m currently doing physio therapy for left hand. My physiotherapist says it's because of pillow and sleeping position I m having this problem. I m diabetic and have thyroid..currently taking medicine for cmv and toxoplasma. I weigh 100 kg. My tryglycerieds and vldl is high.  Vitamin d is less Now a days feel pain in most of body parts on left side like throat, neck,  jaw and leg.  even my right hand is swelling. Can you please help me with what's happening with me?? Do I have angina or some severe problem ?? I m very stressed.
