  4. Left arm pain from 2 weeks. Else?

Left arm pain from 2 weeks

I'm having left arm from the last 15 days. I have undergone medical test last week n my Vitamin B12 level dropped to 50 pg/mol and ECG is normal. I'm taking painkillers from last 3 days and left arm pain is not subsiding...Is it related to vitamin deficiency or something else?
