It feels like possibly cold in my left lung its heavy pressure sometimes painful it keeps me from sleeping the last two days

It's better to consult your doctor. Need details on the symptoms. Left sided chest pain in the form of heaviness is due to variety of causes. You may need an ECG after symptom assessment and examination.
