I have identified renal problem couple of years before.. I did take medications. But recent two days I am feeling pain on my lower abdomen side.

By renal problem do you mean renal stones? If yes then please repeat an ultrasound of the abdomen. pain lower abdomen right side is due to appendicitis. Pain lower abdomen left side is just bowel infection. So kindly get an ultrasound done to find out the reason
