Left abdomen discomfort

So on the left side there is slight discomfort since a month or 2. It doesn't pain as such. But feels as if there is something over there . Need help!

How's the pain ? Continuous or intermittent? Any associated complaints like vomiting, urinary complaints, loose motion, ??
