I went trekking a couple of days back and got bitten by leeches. The bleeding continued for 5+ hours after removing it but after that it clotted. Do I need any further treatment?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You need to take care of the wounds. Because at times the bite sites can get infected. You can apply t-bact ointment over it and take a tab. Lyser-D twice a day after food for 3 days. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management Best regards.
