Hi, My height is 5'1 and weight is 48 kgs I have irregular periods , sometimes the cycle is 45 days, sometimes 35 days ..I have some thick hair on chin. My usg shows multiple follicles and bulky ovaries. My day 3 fsh and lh value is 5. My fasting insulin is 5 and average blood glucose is normal Amh value is 12. Do i have insulin resistance? Will taking inositol help? What is the root cause of my pcod? I am trying to conceive
