One of the most common reasons for not being able to fall asleep is the use of electronic gadgets late into night, the light reflecting off the screen of a phone/laptop/TV tricks the brain into thinking it's still day. Please avoid gadgets atleast an hour before your bedtime. Have a bedtime routine try going to bed at almost the same time everyday, switch off the lights, listen to soothing music, or read a book. It will take a while but if you do this regularly your body will start responding and falling asleep will not be a problem. About feeling tired and hungry always please check your blood
sugar and
thyroid values.
