I am 18 years old boy , I used to laugh non stop loudly and continuously everywhere in public places, bus, park, restaurants, school, I laughed everyday whenever I am alone , I Bunked my tuitions and went to parks, lakes, malls, roadside to laugh , I did to gain people's attention especially to attract opposite sex, but to my dismay my Vocal cords damaged because of that, and I did Stroboscopy and laryngoscopy and doctors found a cyst, but I am afraid of operation, as it may worsen the problem.
