My right side of the hip is slightly higher than the left hip so I want to know if it's this is dangerous to my body movement and muscles and if I can cure this.

You need further evaluation in form of xrays of lumbar spine and pelvis. Abnormal biomechanics can lead to early degeneration and future pain.
