Had fracture on right leg( x-ray attached) 13 weeks back.. had cast for 8 weeks plus 4 week of less weight on fractured leg. M still on walker nd putting partial weight as of now. Q1. When I can start walking normal? Do I need to make journey from walker-stick-normal? Q2 currently taking physiotherapy nd doctor advised me to walk putting left leg( normal one) then right leg ( fractured one) which is completely opposite of what I hv walked my whole life, is it necessary?

Do pain dependent walking. Usually pain goes away completely by 3 months. Fracture is uniting. Avoid running jogging jumping for another month. If swelling and pain do ice packs. Consult your orthopaedic surgeon and keep regular follow up. He is the best person to guide you about this.
