Late period and weight

Hi my problem is since few months my period is irregular it gets late 15 to 25 days and also even though i am following diet n doing workouts i dont loose weight in 3 weeks hardly i lost a kg but gained it again although i am not having any junk or sugar.. what should I do and now my period is 11 days late still no period last time it was 20days late
