I have both eyes -9.00 and -10 power...which lasik surgery is the best...and it remains for lifetime...and is this detectable during medical fitness test in rrb or something

Hi .. Your doctor will have to check and see if Lasik will be possible in your case or not. Otherwise ICL may be required . You need proper counselling after detailed check  up to select the procedure for you.
