Urge to swallow.constant urge to clear throat. Uncomfort in throat.unable to sleep .a lump like feeling in throat.

This could mostly be due to post nasal drip arising out of sinusitis in addition to laryngopharyngeal reflux due to acidity. You will need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy first followed by a ct scan of paranasal sinuses to evaluate further.
