Laryngeal papillomatosis is caused by human papilloma viruses. At present no antiviral drugs are quite effective in laryngeal papillomatosis, besides these drugs are very costly, have systemic toxicity and are not available in India. The effective treatment is laser removal of laryngeal papillomas in multiple sitting.
