Am having vigorous pimples due to masturbation. Please advice what to do. I tend to masturbate 1ce a day or sometimes alternate days. Its hampering me mentally also and my confidence level is going down day by day. Am not able to tackle this. I have tried everything. I stopped having oily food and am applying chandan paste but still am not able to reduce it. I use ponds anti pimple face wash also to keep away my skin from pollution. Nothing is helping. Please suggest a good and permanent solution.
