Large bowel dilation in fetus

Im 35 weeks pregnant in growth scan doctor founded that my baby has minimal large bowel dilation and PMCA is seen can this dilation resolves itself or will it causes any problem after baby is born. My previous anamoly scan and dual marker tests are normal without any abnormalities will this effect baby after birth please help me
