Can i take lactare tablets to increase milk supply, my baby is 5.5 mnths old exclusively On Breastfeeding.

As such mother need not take any medicine to increase milk supply, because milk  secretion is totally harmonal and psychological. More you feed the baby ,more milk formation will be there. But there is no harm, if you take lactare tablet. Increase fluid intake that will help in milk production.
