Dear Doctors, My delivery happened in December During pregnancy I had GDM Now also it doesn't go away I'm on diet now So my milk supply is decreasing because of diet Please suggest good diet that does not spikes sugar level nd lactare granules can increase sugar levels Please suggest some food which not spikes sugar levels🙏
