Dear friend Considering ur age and experience - 38 years ... Doin sex 2 times a week is NORMAL for ur age... U must understand that when we males r young n sex is new for us , we can do sex more frequently... But as our age increases and sex becomes an old thing for us ( crudely put - like an old car) ... Our desire and capacity to do it decreases. IT HAPPENS TO ALL MALES.! If u still want to increase frequency of sex , 1.improve ur fitness by diet and exercise,, the younger u feel , more energetic u shall be.. 2. DESTRESS UR Mind... Another important reason 3. Try new things with ur partner... Role play, romantic and cool atmosphere... Provocative nightwear... Foreplat Etc
