your symptoms are suggestive of disease of inner ear known as meniere's disease provided you have following symptoms 1. ringing sound in ear along with fullness during giddiness attacks 2. similar episodes in the past 3. hearing loss 4. associated nausea and vomiting if you have some of above symptoms you are likely to be suffering from meniere's disease you need to consult a nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment
