L5-s1 indentation onanterior thecal sac

My MRI Report says. Disc desiccation with mild diffuse disc bulge and posterocentarl disc herniation noted at l5-S1 level causing indentation on another thecal sac. What does it mean Surgery happend for. Me on April 2017 because of tumour in spinal card

That means in simple language there is disc prolapse. Your neaurophysician will be a better judge to explain you and further management
