I Mr. Johnson, 27/M, from Chennai. On Feb 3rd when i was playing bad mitton, had to bend myself to take a ball, i got sudden catch at my lower back(not an external injury). I met a doctor and took some pain killers. Pain was unbearable at my lower back even after taking pain killers. I got IFT and physiotherapy and complete bed rest for a week. It got settled. I was alright after that and slowly i was getting right leg pain which is bothering now everyday when i stand or walk. I got my MRI done
