A detailed evaluation of the child is important. We cant right away label the child. How he is in school , at home -behavioral observation reports are also needed.

Your ward needs evaluation before labeling as ADHD. Parents  can be given questionnaire to get details of behavior. A course  of action can be charted afterwards.
