Kshar sutra for chronic fissure
I have been suffering from chronic fissure every month despite of controlled diet. Had lateral sphincterectimy six years ago but did not last long. The wall of my rectum has many scar tissues due to which the skin layer has become super sensitive.
Tried all treatments but nothing works long term. Want to try kshar sutra as a last resort, will it be safe and effective treatment for my problem once and for all?
