My foreskin retract back easily without pain but it cover my penis all time. i am 28 year old. i want to know foreskin cover the penis full life or any fix age. if it cover my penis full life then it may any problem?i am afraid i am 28 years old yet foreskin fully cover my penis still now. should it be open now or not.
