Yesterday I got covid vaccine, today I have a headache. I am already taking high blood pressure medicine every day. Can I take propranolol and paracetamol together?

Proparanol for what?? Check your BP FIRST , IF it is high then get your check up done and adjust the BO Medicine. And if BP is normal , then all cause of Headche is your recent Vaccination which will respond well if you take only Paracetamol 500mg SOS. Plz consult you doctor once.
