Knot with pus on throat skin

There's a knot on the skin of throat area and contains pus. It doesn't pain but pus oozes out every now and then. We got it treated 2 1/2 years ago and the doctor then squeezed the pus out and put a bandage on it. But now it has appeared again. Please tell what to do and which doctor to consult.

Knot means, can u upload or send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment. Have u taken any oral antibiotics for it. What about size.
