My 5 year old was headbutted at school and I'm concerned I'm not sure what all happened I received no calls or no notes and it is from his eyebrow to his forehead and he says hurts very bad.

If no history of loss of consciousness, vomitting and active bleeding then no need to worry. Give paracetamol syrup for pain.
