I am 32 yrs old woman. Iam  Having knocking sound in both ears while somebody is making loud sound . What should I do?

Knocking sound in both ears  known as tinnitus can be  due to reasons as basic as wax in both ears to your eustachian tube block to signs of nerve deafness...you should get your ear examined by an ENT specialist !!...
