Hi, I've knee pain problem. I did Xray in jan 2016 and it showed medial joint space reduction there after I did physiotherapy ultrasound for 12 days pain was reduced for some time. Recently I did MRI as suggested by my orthopedician and xray however report is NORMAL. But still I can't sit for long time and have to stretch my right leg always. what could be the problem? pls suggest thanks

Since Mri is normal it's difficult to find out the cause of the pain. However continue physiotherapy. In Mean time get few blood tests DONE CBC ESR CRP HLA-B27 Serum and urine uric acid levels RA FACTOR ANTI CCP
