Hi, if you have pain in your knees while running, it might be due to improper running style, ligament strain, tendinitis or wear and tear of the joint as such. I would suggest that you get yourself examined by an Orthopedic surgeon and also by a certified marathon trainer or a person who can analyse your running style. All the best for your half marathon !
