Sir I have partial acl tear n grad2 horizontal medial meniscus tear in posterior horn n body I not extending upto surface in not want to undergo surgery I I heard of prp injections with positive results is anyone of you provide pro or can suggest any centre regarding this

Hello.. I suggest you to consult an orthopaedician and get it examined as it looks in mri that you may not require surgery..just by making sure that you will take adequate rest and do exercises for strengthening as well as safeguarding the tear..we need to examine you to correlare and also know the symptoms... thank you
