Sir I have lateral and medial meniscus grade 2 degeneration and acl pcl grade 1 sprain The injury is 2 month old. Do I need surgery for both. After surgery can I play sports and run. I have done mri. Previously there was no pain but now I have a pain while running and climbing steps. Plz suggest me. How hurry should i go for surgery
