Hi! I fell off my scooter into mud yesterday and grazed my knee. It has been around 30 hours since the incident. I have redness around the cut and pus coming out. Just wondering if it could be infected? Or if it's just a normal part of the healing process. Should I be taking antibiotics? Thanks. A little concerned as I'm in another country.
