My bro has undergone acl operation... Now he is doing knee strengthening exercises... Prob is when he does it every time it pains... Aft he bend he don't get strength to straighten ,it pains.. When he straighten its very difficult to bend.. How much time is required to become normal aft operation.. Food suggestions for muscle build up in thighs as leg became very thin...

Hello! According to your history post surgical pain is common.Hope you are applying ice pack in wet towel  for 10 minutes around the knee. You have not mentioned number of days happened after surgery.according to that pain managment and physio intervention  can be done. Wishing your brother a speedy recovery!
