Klebsiella and TB

My father has been diagnosed with tuberculous pleural effusion. The effusion has been drained out. But doctors have also discussed the remote possibility of sarcoidosis. He has started taking tb medications. But doctor has said that if the condition of the patient does not improve then they will start treatment of sarcoid. His sputum culture shows that he has klebsiella pneumonie =>10^5 cfu/ml. PLEASE TELL ME IS THERE ANYTHING TO BE WORRIED ABOUT!? IS IT LIFE THREATENING? Is the klebsiella bacteria difficult to treat in this particular case? Here are the reports.
