Sir / Mam , Kindly pls check the photo and suggest what is it? When erect the penis goes straight upright which can cause problem in intercourse. When erect it goes upright and becomes tight , I can't move yhe penis, then how will  do during intercourse? Kindly pls suggest . ( PHOTOS ATTACHED )
