I had full symptoms of pregnancy with vomiting and evrythng that could possibly be the symptom. And now i hav my periods on the same day of the cycle when it had to come it came on same day. Bt u hav unbearable stomach ache and there are blood clots in my pad excessive blood and i feel like vomiting when food is coming near my nose. And i have lower back pain too.! Some of my family members are also saying it might be a miscarriage if u were pregnant.
