My mom who is 57 yrs She had normally 6-7motions every day from many years ...showed manier Dr's they said some ppl pass manier times so it's ok .During covid she took manier medications without antacid which gave rise to severe acidity and dysepsia, sour beclhes and lot of flatulence and bloating .In the last 1 yearits become v severe and come to the backside of the throat and alot of frequent coughing while eating  sleeping..pain in the left side of the belly Also coming in vomiting Plz advise sir what to do as I'm v worried .had done chest xray which says normal . ..in history is hernia surgery is done in 2007 Attached is endoscopy report Is there something else that I need to test for  ..as I'm v worried

This looks like a case of severe acid reflux or LPR. Since the stomach acid is coming up and irritating her throat. You need to give her strong antacids and avoid spicy food. Gove lots of water n liquids.
