In left palm earlier some pimples were there after that it started itching very much then started spreading slowly and became like this as shown in the pic and paining.

Hi Detail history and examination is  required to make a definite diagnosis. Like were there any fluid filled grouped lesion initially? Any other site affected? Etc

This is a contact irritant dermatitis. It can b a itchy condition associated with thickening of the skin and can b aggravated with chemicals like detergents. Avoid contact with any detergents. Consult a Dermatologist fort he same to prevent further progression of the lesions.
