Kienbocks disease has got a wide variety of treatment options. You first need an MRI scan to look at the bone loss and also any loss of cartilage in the joint.
The treatment then will depend on how your symptoms are and what the scan appearance is. Sometimes simple things like putting your wrist in a plaster for a few months will help improve the symptoms.
But to discuss the options a scan and cliNixal examination is important. See an Orthopaedic Surgeon who specialises in upper limb surgery.
Hope this helps.
