Scan report: Hepatomegaly with fatty liver. Mild right hydroureteronephrosis due to upper ureteric calculus(5.7 mm) Need suggestion on future course of action. Please find scan report attached.

It’s a 5.7 mm calculi, medications can be tried to flush out stones... if it Dosent go you have to clear it with laser
