64yrs old female history of RT renal pathology? Calculas/ UTI USG shows: Mild hydroureteronephrosis of right kidney secondary to calculus obstruction in right vesico ureteric junction. Does it require laser treatment?

Depends on size of stone and symptoms.. If fever/recurrent pain, it's better to get procedure done.. If size is large (usually more than 7 mm), it's better to get procedure.. Procedure will be URS.
