How did we know that Kidneys are damaged, based on creatinine can we decide kidney damage and I am done with Ultrasound scanning its showing
1. Grade 1 bilateral renal parenchymal changes.
Why is it showing like this is normal or not and my creatinine is 1.2 mg/dl.

Creatinine level depends on your muscle mass, recent strenuous workouts, hydration status and maybe on higher normal range even if kidneys are normal.
Ultrasound showing grade 1 changes may or may not be significant as it can be seen even if you are dehydrated.

Pls do urine routine as well
Creatinine level is in normal range but u need to check it again after a month to see if it's increasing
Kidney scan is a subjective thing..grade 1 renal parenchymal changes means there is some change in the texture of the kidney.
Pls upload the whole report.
