Kidney problem in level II scan

I am 20 week pregnant. In my level II scan, minimal pelvicalyceal separation is seen on both the sides. Also right kidney shows some swelling. Will it affect the baby after birth??

No..but continue to monitor the baby throughout the pregnancy for increase in swelling and also in immediate post delivery period for urine ouput as well as do post delivery ultrasound to check status of both the kidneys..
