Kidney not functioning properly

My grandmother age is above 80. She is ill from last 2 days and little concious and can't speak well and also don't have tiolet. So we got her blood test done and report is uploaded. No doctors for nephrology or urology is available in my area. So please help me in this regard. Is the hospitallization required and can medication can be done from home.

She needs hospitalization as u said no urine from last two days Not speaking properly , disorientation All these concerns demand hospitalization
