One day my uncle's bp reaches to 280-110 due to tension so he was taken imdetly. to the hospital where the doctors have checked him and they have done many test In that test we came to know about the kidney failure His both the kidneys are working only 35% doctors told us for dialysis please suggest us what to do.

I am sorry to say ..ur uncle is suffering from end stage renal failure...renal transplant is the treatment now. plz consult at deptt of nephrology, PGIMR .
